This is the 5k course. It begins on Colleen Road, just beyond the Questar III building (the top-most circle marker). Runners make a right onto Ballina Street, a right onto Donegal Avenue, a left back ontoBallina Street and a right back onto Donegal Avenue. Then they take a right onto Sterling Avenue where they will pass the 1-mile marker. Next they make a right down Sherman Avenue, a right onto Grant Avenue, a left onto Sheridan Avenue and a left to continue back up Sherman Avenue, where they will hit the 2-mile marker. After the long hill up Sherman Avenue, runners will make a left onto Colleen Road, a left onto Patricia Drive, and a right up Ballina Street where they will reach the 3-mile marker. After that, it's a quick right onto Colleen Road and a quick left into the Questar III parking lot to finish!

The kids' race runs from the Questar III entrance down Colleen Road (toward Sherman Avenue), turns around a barrel and comes back to finish in the Questar III parking lot.
